How We Are Different

We believe rehab and training exist on the same spectrum. Rehab is regressed version of your training program that has checkpoints to help you build back into performance again.

Whether you are fresh out of ACL surgery, or are dealing with a chronic ache or pain, we help you understand tissue tolerance. We want to teach you where you are at in the healing process, what indicates over load and why, and how to build capacity for more.

We currently use an app called Train Heroic to give you a full program in between sessions. This leaves a lot of the guesswork out for both of us. You can communicate with us anytime about how your symptoms are, and we adjust accordingly.

We have 2 in person locations. The first is inside of a weightlifting gym called Heartland Strength (8944 H street). The other is inside of a Chiropractor’s office called Apex Chiropractic (6818 S 167th St). We also offer in home services in the Omaha Area.
Where are you located?
Those who are serious about improving their pain can expect a $1-2000 commitment, depending on the severity of their symptoms and needs.
How much does it cost?
Our goal is to always keep you in the gym while you heal. We help guide you and any coaches you are working with to modify your program as needed. We will also assess any weak points that are limiting progress and address those in your program with us.
Can I use my insurance?
Many clients submit our itemized receipts for out-of-network reimbursement. We provide all necessary documentation, but coverage depends on your individual plan. HSA or FSA can be used as well.
